REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
– Product received is damaged
– Product received is defective
– Incorrect product delivered
To be eligible:
– The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
– Customer must provide clear photo/video evidence of the issue
– Product must be unused and in original packaging

3. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:
– Change of mind after purchase
– Slight variations in color, texture, smell (natural product variation)
– Delay in delivery due to courier/logistics
– Incorrect address provided by customer
– Opened or used products (unless proven defective)

4. REFUND PROCESS
– Once the request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
– In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer

5. REPLACEMENT POLICY
– If eligible, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost
– Replacement is subject to product availability
– If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued

6. CANCELLATION POLICY
– Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
– Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

7. SHIPPING CHARGES
– Shipping charges are non-refundable
– In case of approved return/replacement due to our error, shipping cost will be borne by the Company

8. FRAUD AND ABUSE
The Company reserves the right to:
– Reject refund requests suspected of fraud or misuse
– Block accounts with excessive or suspicious refund claims
